Rohini Gadde

Rohini is a computational research assistant who joined the Lee Lab in June 2025. She graduated from UC San Diego in 2023 with a BS in Bioinformatics and again in 2024 with an MS in Biology. She previously researched the impacts of transposable element insertions on DNA methylation and currently participates in transposable element research for the SMaHT Network
