Tasmiah Chowdhury is an RA on Dr. Im's team, working with fetal MRIs to improve the image processing pipeline. In addition to routine processing, she automated the processing steps using Python scripts and runs various experiments to improve the quality of the reconstructed scans. She has enjoyed being a part of the team and gaining invaluable experience related to newborn research. Tasmiah has a BS in Biomedical Engineering and would like to pursue higher education in medical imaging.
