Veronika Ecker is visiting researcher in our lab at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, she is working on automated MRI quality control and computational methods for assessing image quality. She is a PhD student at the University of Stuttgart and a researcher with the Medical Image and Data Analysis Lab at University Hospital Tübingen, working with Thomas Küstner. Her research focuses on deep learning methods for MRI analysis, particularly automated image quality assessment, motion artifact detection, organ segmentation, and imaging based estimation of biological age.
