Veronika Spieker is a visiting researcher at QUIN lab. During her visit to our lab at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, she has been working on advanced reconstruction methods for dynamic MRI, including approaches for highly undersampled dynamic contrast enhanced imaging. She recently completed her PhD thesis at the Institute of Machine Learning in Biomedical Imaging at Helmholtz Munich and the Technical University of Munich under the supervision of Julia Schnabel and Dimitrios Karampinos. Her research focuses on AI based MRI reconstruction, particularly accelerated and motion resolved imaging using self supervised learning and neural implicit representations, with applications in abdominal and dynamic MRI.
