Lee Laboratory at Boston Children's Hospital

At the Lee Laboratory (PI: Kwonmoo Lee), we're on a mission to unravel the complex molecular and cellular dynamics happening inside living cells. To do this, we're combining the power of AI/machine learning with advanced live cell imaging techniques. By analyzing the phenotypic heterogeneity of cellular morphodynamics and motility under both healthy and pathophysiological conditions, we hope to unlock new insights into how cells function in the body.
