Lufei Sui, Ph.D.

Lufei Sui received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she studied the structural and biochemical properties of aminopeptidases involved in antigenic peptide processing. She completed her postdoctoral training in cancer biology and tumor immunology, focusing on mechanisms of drug resistance in triple-negative breast cancer and developing both in vitro assays and in vivo validation models for potential therapeutic targets. With a growing interest in computational biology, she now aims to integrate molecular and cellular approaches with AI- and machine learning–driven imaging and omics analyses to study tumor progression and therapeutic resistance, bridging experimental biology and computational methods to advance drug discovery.
