Khue (Katherine) Nguyen

Khue (Katherine) is a wet-lab research assistant. She is from Vietnam and graduated from Mercer University, GA in May 2023 with a BS in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. She joined Lee lab in June 2023. Her research interest and experimental conductions are involved in studying somatic mutations across human tissues (SMaHT network) using PTA HAT-seq methods for bulk, microbulk and single cell to generate data for downstream short and long read sequencing. Her hobbies are outdoor activities such as running, hiking and traveling.
