As the Director of Audiology Research and a pediatric audiologist in the Cochlear Implant Program at Boston Children’s Hospital, I have the privilege of working with children and families in both clinical and research capacities. My clinical experiences in pediatric audiology and cochlear implants, combined with my research training in psychoacoustics and speech perception, allow me to tackle clinically important questions related to pediatric unilateral hearing loss. My program of research aims to improve the long-term health outcomes for children with unilateral hearing loss, through patient-tailored interventions guided by empirical evidence.
